How big is a space?

Most spaces are approximately 10 feet wide to allow for a pop up tent and a car length. Vendors will be charged $20 for every space used for parking or selling even if no sales are made. Space fee is due at set up. Please stay within the parking spaces. Do not block emergency entrances. 


May I reserve a space?

The spaces are not reserved except for the Diamond Village businesses who wish to participate. Only those businesses are allowed to cone off spaces.  Any vendor found coning off spaces, will not be allowed to sell at The Market.  

No reservation is required for non-food vendors. Just show up and set up within the white parking spaces.


What form(s) do I need to fill out?

If you are a non-food vendor, the only rerquired form is the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (formerly Board of Equalization) form 410-D which is filled out each week you participate and mailed to the CDTFA. We will provide the form 410-D or you may download it at this link: CDTFA Form 410-D (pdf)

If you are a food vendor, you need to be pre-approved to sell at the Farmers Market. You will need to fill out The Market Application, read and agree to the Rules and Regulations and be approved before being able to sell at The Market: Market Rules and Regulations (pdf)

Farmers will also need to fill out the Market Load List (pdf) weekly.


What are the Hours?

The Flea Market and Farmers Market are held every Sunday, year round, weather permitting! Yes, this includes holidays!

Farmers Market hours: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Set Up: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Clean Up: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM


Who cleans up?

You do! Flea Market vendors must collect all of their trash and dispose off-site.  Leaving trash behind is prohibited.  Vendors will be reported to the El Dorado County Sheriff and cited for littering if trash is left behind.


May I bring my dog?

Pets are prohibited due to complaints from other vendors and shoppers.  Please leave your animals at home.


Is there a public restroom?

Yes, we have a public bathroom located next to Diamond Mobility.
